      Return & Exchange

      We are happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 15 days from the date received. We understand that there are some issues such as sizing that can be difficult to get it right online. Therefore, we have taken the fear out of buying online by offering you a replacement pair or your money back. The steps involved in returns are as follows:

      Send your items back within 15 days after the date of received. Remember, to receive a refund; all returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn condition with tag still attached, otherwise it is not eligible for a cash refund.

      If you have not received your package within 30 days after purchasing. Don't worry, contact our customer service team: info@beroy.com to request

      Here we offer 2 ways for exchange:

      • Send your items back to us within 14 days after the date of package delivered and we will send you new item in your size.
      • Keep the item with you and have a 20% off discount for your next new order

      *Note: All items you would like to exchange must be in their original condition: with the hangtags still attached, and no damage caused by improper wear or accidents

      Unfortunately, we can only accept purchases made directly from www.beroy.com

      If you have purchased a Beroy product via a Amazon, please contact them at info@beroy.cc

      *Note: Once your return item has been received by us, please allow 3 business days for your exchange to be processed.

      *Note: The shipping fee of exchange and return need to be paid by yourself.

      Refund

      If you are not satisfied with our products and want to refund, please refund the products to our overseas warehouse  address.

      All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn condition with tag still attached, otherwise it is not eligible for a cash refund.

      We are not responsible for shipping costs.

      If you have already returned the product to our overseas warehouse, please provide the tracking number so that we can verify it as soon as possible.

      The refund process is about 3-5 working days

      We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
