RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, unworn condition with tag still attached, otherwise it is not eligible for a cash refund. please return the products to our overseas warehouse address.
If you have already returned the product to our overseas warehouse, please provide the tracking number so that we can verify it as soon as possible. If returned item is in good condition, we will refund to you. Otherwise, we rejection your return request.

If your returned item is not in good condition - your return request will not be actioned.
Generally, the refund process is about 3-5 working days (excluding weekends & Public Holidays). We need to check returned items then refund to you and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Here we offer 2 ways for exchange:
1.All items can be returned for an exchange within 30 days from delivery date if they are not in good condition (unworn, unwashed). Our team will inspect your item and if it is not in a good condition (including removal of size tags) your request will not be rejected and you will be liable for any costs to send the items back to you.
